1. General Scope
These Warranty Terms regulate the conditions under which YOKRIS 92 LTD, operating under the Rebooted brand, provides warranty service for products offered through the website and other sales channels.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific product listing, these terms apply to all products for which Rebooted provides a warranty.
2. Warranty Period
- Refurbished devices: 12 months unless a different period is explicitly stated in the product listing.
- New products: in accordance with applicable law and/or the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions arising under normal use of the product, including:
- defects in core hardware components;
- unexpected failures during normal operation;
- issues not caused by outside interference, misuse, or intentional damage.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by impact, drops, pressure, liquids, power events, or other external factors;
- improper use, negligent handling, or use outside the intended purpose of the product;
- use of incompatible chargers, adapters, cables, batteries, or other accessories;
- software-related issues, including operating system, driver, application, malware, or configuration problems;
- dust, contamination, overheating, or lack of maintenance after purchase;
- intervention, repair, disassembly, or modification by unauthorized persons.
A broken warranty seal does not automatically void the warranty unless the specific issue is directly related to that intervention.
5. Specific Warranty Conditions
- Battery: 30 days, only in the event of failure.
- Fans: 6 months.
- Pixels: are not treated as defects unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated otherwise in the product listing.
Where a specific product listing contains special warranty terms, those explicit listing terms take precedence.
6. Cosmetic Condition
For refurbished products, normal signs of use may be present and are described through the applicable condition grade. They are not considered warranty defects unless they affect the technical functionality of the product.
7. Procedure in Case of a Warranty Issue
If a problem arises, the customer should contact Rebooted by email or phone and provide sufficient information about the product and the issue. Where necessary, a serial number, photos, video, or additional diagnostic details may be requested.
The product may need to be returned for inspection and diagnostics.
8. Diagnostics and Timeframes
- Diagnostics: usually within up to 3 working days after the product is received.
- Repair: usually within up to 30 working days depending on the case, workload, and parts availability.
If additional time is required for objective reasons, the customer will be informed within a reasonable period.
9. Remedy
Where a warranty claim is justified, Rebooted may at its discretion:
- repair the device;
- replace the defective component;
- replace the device with an equivalent one;
- refund the paid amount where repair or replacement is not possible or not reasonable.
10. Transport and Costs
In warranty cases, transport and related costs are handled according to the specific case, applicable law, and the prior agreement between the parties. Where necessary, the customer will receive specific instructions before sending the product.
11. Data and Backups
The customer is responsible for backing up personal data before submitting a device for diagnostics, service, or warranty inspection. Rebooted is not responsible for data loss unless caused by intentional conduct or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitations and Applicable Law
These terms apply together with the website Terms and Conditions and the applicable Bulgarian and European legal framework. Where the law provides a higher level of consumer protection, that protection prevails.
13. Updates
The Warranty Terms may be updated in the event of changes in legislation, service procedures, or product policy. The latest version is published on the website.
