1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between YOKRIS 92 LTD, operating under the Rebooted brand, UIC 205318119, with registered address at 4 Dunav St., Rakitovo, Bulgaria, email: info@rebooted.bg, phone: +359 899 155 667, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and any customer who uses the website or purchases a product through it or through another remote sales channel.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of the Products
Products offered by Rebooted may include:
- refurbished second-hand devices;
- new products, including accessories, components, and consumables.
The condition of each product is described in the relevant product listing. Refurbished devices are tested and diagnosed before sale and are offered as technically functional. Cosmetic signs of use may be present on refurbished items and are not considered defects unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Condition Grading
The condition grading applies to the visual appearance of refurbished products and does not affect their technical functionality.
- Grade A — excellent condition;
- Grade A- — very good condition with minor signs of use;
- Grade B — visible signs of use;
- Grade C — more pronounced cosmetic wear.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in euro and include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- A tax invoice may be issued for orders.
- Additional services such as upgrades, service work, or extra equipment may be charged separately.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by courier or by another pre-agreed method.
- Shipping costs are determined according to the current website terms unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the shipment.
6. Warranty
The warranty for the offered products is provided by YOKRIS 92 LTD unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
6.1. Warranty Period
- Refurbished devices: 12 months unless a different period is stated in the listing;
- New products: in accordance with applicable law and/or the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
6.2. What the Warranty Covers
- hardware component defects;
- failures arising under normal use;
- technical issues not caused by misuse or external interference.
6.3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- damage caused by impact, drops, pressure, liquids, or other external factors;
- improper use or use outside the intended purpose of the product;
- use of incompatible chargers, accessories, or components;
- software issues caused by the operating system, drivers, applications, malware, or incorrect configuration;
- dust, contamination, overheating, or lack of maintenance after purchase;
- intervention, repair, or modification by unauthorized persons.
A broken warranty seal does not automatically void the warranty unless the specific issue is directly related to that intervention.
6.4. Specific Warranty Conditions
- Battery: 30 days, only in the event of failure;
- Fans: 6 months;
- Pixels: are not treated as defects unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated otherwise in the listing.
7. Warranty Service
- Diagnostics are usually performed within up to 3 working days after the product is received.
- The repair period may take up to 30 working days depending on the case, parts availability, and the nature of the issue.
The Seller may, at its discretion:
- repair the device;
- replace the defective component;
- replace the device with an equivalent one;
- refund the paid amount if repair or replacement is not possible.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In the case of distance sales, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with applicable law, except where a statutory exception applies.
To qualify for return, the product must be sent back in the condition in which it was received, without additional damage, missing parts, or changes beyond the normal inspection necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed. For B2B sales, a no-reason withdrawal right does not apply unless otherwise agreed.
9. Claims
Claims may be submitted by email or phone. Depending on the case, photos, video, serial number information, or additional diagnostic details may be requested.
10. Liability
The Seller is not liable for:
- data loss;
- software issues outside an expressly assumed obligation;
- damage caused by external factors or misuse;
- lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
The customer is responsible for backing up personal data before providing a device for service or diagnostics.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and the applicable legal framework.
12. B2B Terms
- Sales to traders and legal entities are also governed by the applicable commercial legislation.
- The consumer no-reason withdrawal right does not apply to B2B transactions.
- The warranty terms apply unless otherwise agreed for a specific transaction.
13. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions take effect upon publication on the website and may be updated in the event of changes in legislation, services, or the operating model of the store.
